came and did an excellent drain cleaning job! He really thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested everything. He was in no rush and did not leave any detail out. Gave me a lot of good tips, The Plumbers did very thorough work, as if it was his own drain system! I am quite satisfied.
I will tell everyone here about your great Plumbing service!! And feel free to use my name as your reference.Dona Lopez

YB Plumbing came out when they said they would, much quicker than the local guys that I have used in the past. The tech Jay was a nice guy. He got my drain cleared and gave me an assessment on the cause of the issue. All for a reasonable price. I have used Yb plumbing before and based on my experience with them they will now be my go to plumbers. I highly recommend themFred Sleeper

We own a house in Humble TX and used YB Plumbing as we had an issue with the water heater pilot. They quoted an initial service call of $49.00. The technician lit the pilot and we were charged a fee of $295.00. A few days later the pilot went out again and this time they diagnosed that a new control part was needed which was under warranty. We had to order the part and then call for the install. We were quoted a fee to install of $295.00. I questioned the initial call of $295.00 as we felt the relighting of the pilot did not constitute a repair service. They would not credit the initial call. After another call, they offered a credit but then did not give one. We offered to use the credit for the install of the part when it arrived but they did not respond. We had to seek another plumber who discounted their service call because they felt bad for what we were initially charged and that 2 disabled vets live in the home. After calling 3 others who quoted that to relight a pilot would have been covered under a service call fee between $39.00 to $59.00 we found YB to be out of line in their fees. I would not recommend YB.
